Duties and taxes are determined by the country to which items are shipped and vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine these costs before purchasing. These costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price.
Should you not pay any duties and taxes on arrival and the item is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of the initial shipping and return shipping from the amount we refund.
Orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Full Price Orders placed before 10 am AEST Monday – Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed from 10am onwards will be shipped the next business day. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Joslin Studio Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if your item does not arrive in your preferred time frame but arrives in time abided by our Shipping Policy.
For discounted items purchased during a sale event, please allow an additional 1 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Please note that items purchased in our Warehouse Sale will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days to receive your order.

Delayed Or Missing Parcels.
Joslin Studio Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have been delayed, gone missing, been stolen, or have been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our business' warehouse it is the responsibility of AUSTRALIA POST, STARTRACK and/or DHL and any further disputes must be settled with them.
We will endeavour to assist by contacting the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However, as the outcome is stipulated by the Shipping Provider and not Joslin Studio Pty Ltd, we cannot be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the delayed or missing parcel.
Shipping dates are located clearly at the top of each product description. We aim to have your pre-ordered item(s) shipped to you as soon as they land in our Melbourne warehouse.
Please note that from time to time, shipping dates, due to circumstances out of our control, may not always be accurate. This is due to disruptions and/or clearance waiting times with our freight service(s). If we anticipate a delay, we will be in contact to keep you informed of any changes to the delivery schedule. Our warehouse is based in Victoria, Australia. Thus, our shipping dates are affected by both Australian National Public Holidays and Victorian (State) Public Holidays.
